Since 2010, Mystic Rains Contracting Ltd. has proudly served the Sault Ste. Marie community. My journey began with a passion for building with my grandfather who had a commitment to quality. Over the years, I’ve grown the to become a resource for all your construction needs.
We have collaborated with Champoux Modular Homes who manufacture the most efficient prefabricated homes in terms of energy, air quality & comfort.
We offer a diverse range of services, including carpentry, concrete finishing, renovations/additions, waterproofing, excavation, ICF foundations, roofing/siding, and custom homes. Whether you’re looking to renovate your space or build your dream home from the ground up, our team is here to bring your vision to life.
We’re also excited to develop our beautiful subdivisions, River’s Edge and Castle Heights, which reflect our dedication to creating vibrant, welcoming neighbourhoods.
